REFUNDS
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
As soon as our team receives your returned products and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Receiving this e-mail means that your return has been accepted.
The refund will be requested on the day your return is accepted, on the same Credit Card or Debit Card used to place your order.
Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card company’s policies.
KLARNA REFUNDS
As soon as we receive your returned products and confirm that all the conditions have been met (see full Return Conditions), we will send you an email confirming your accepted return.
Once your return has been processed with Diesel, you will receive an invoice from Klarna.
Refund processing timelines will depend on banking company policies and local banking procedures.
If you are using "SLICE IT", your refund will be available as a positive balance in your account with Klarna. This allows you to purchase again using your account at any participating online stores. If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card. Returned or canceled orders should first be registered with the online store. The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order.
Once the online store has registered your cancellation or return, the repayment will be processed in 5-7 bank days. In the case of a return or cancellation of an order where you have not yet paid, no refund will be made.
APPLE PAY REFUNDS
As soon as we receive your returned products and confirm that all the conditions have been met (see full Return Conditions), we will send you an email confirming your accepted return
The refund to the original form of payment associated with your Apple Pay account will be initiated within 24 hours, in the same currency.
